Roche Musique
Roche Musique于2012年创建于巴黎，一个由如今厂牌的主要管理者Cézaire(aka Jean Janin)在巡演时头脑风暴出来的想法。在创立厂牌之前Cézaire已经是一名颇具影响力的博主和派对承办者，所以创建一个音乐厂牌也就很自然而然了。
被House, Nu disco还有Funk影响的他很快就拉聚了一帮充满活力才华横溢的年轻音乐人一起把Roche Musique发展成了现在巴黎最被大家所提及的厂牌之一。厂牌的成员保持创作高品质的音乐和稳定的发行量，在Soundcloud和Youtube上拥有数以百万的播放量。
Based in Paris but born in Tours, Roche Musique sees daylight in 2012. It’s the brainchild of artist and label manager Cezaire, aka Jean Janin.
After being a influential blogger and party maker, it was natural for Jean to start a label pushing his eclectic taste. Influenced by House, Nu disco and Funk, Jean quickly brought around him a team of young and promising talents to transform Roche Musique into one of Paris’ reference label.
Two years in, Roche Musique has established a solid roster with France’s most promising talent. This bunch has been on a solid strike of releases, earning millions of plays on Soundcloud and YouTube.
Kartell (Riviera) and FKJ (Time For a Change) started things up.
Cherokee (Don’t Matter) joined in 2013, along Karma Kid (Like I’m On Fire), followed by Darius (Romance) and Zimmer (Sensify Me) in 2014.
From House to R&B, Roche Musique leads the way to a new French Sound.
Could it be called French Touch 3.0 ? Sure. This group of artists is definitely shaping a new sound that has nothing to envy to its predecessors, and that is unmistakely French.
Appart from it’s solid core of top players, Roche also pushes bounderies with eclectic signees :Jordan Lee (from ‘Love On The Beat’ fame), Dabeull (« Coolege » collective) and Plage 84 are bound to soon release EPs on Roche.
Plenty of big name artists have supported Roche Musique’s releases : Canadian beatmaker Kaytranada, UK house stapple Bondax, Gramatik, Kastle, Diplo and many more. In this digital age, it’s also nice to see Roche Musique is about true friendship and team spirit.
If you follow their instagrams, you’ll see the Roche Musique’s crew smashing pretty much every party in Paris town and beyond.
Be on the watch as these kids keep putting out releases that is groovy as hell and pushes the boundaries of house music.

Question1
Roche Musique的概念是如何产生的，它是如何演变的？
我是第一个在Roche Musique发布音乐的人。厂牌是由我的好朋友Cézaire创建的，Roche Musique真的像一个家庭，我们都分享很多东西，喜欢彼此相处的每个时刻。

在你们厂牌有什么艺术家是值得期待的呢?
Cézaire一直在寻找新的艺术家,我们最近签下了Duñe和Saje，他们将推出一些非常好的音乐！拭目以待吧！

你对French house如今的发展有什么看法吗？
我觉得很棒！我看到许多法国制作人在世界各地演出，在创造力方面也在被推进也在不断地发展。

你的音乐作品里面有许多不同的BPM范围,作为一个音乐人，你这样做的想法是什么呢？
我喜欢很多类型的音乐，如果我总是玩同一个BPM，我会感到无聊。这完全取决于制作音乐时的情绪和想法。

Key member of beloved French label Roche Musique (created in 2012 and home of FKJ, Darius and Zimmer), Kartell stands out with a particular sound signature that mix House, R'n'B, Hip-Hop and Future Beat.
Coming off of numerous dates in France, Europe, Asia and more significantly North and South America, the Paris-based producer caught the attention of a large audience with his various collaborations with artists such as SG Lewis, Karma Kid and Lianne La Havas.
Surrounded by his friends and peers from Roche Musique and getting support from the likes of KAYTRANADA, Bondax, Stwo and Sam Gellaitry, Kartell keeps pushing his own vision forward.
In 2016, he delivered his last EP, Last Glow, which includes the track "5 A.M., followed by some successfull remixes in 2017.
ZIMMER

Question1
是什么让你回到洛杉矶，这有为你的新音乐增添了不同的色彩?
老实说，它比真正的音乐更能改变我的思想状态。它帮助我放松。大多数歌曲都是在巴黎创作的，一首在纽约，几首在洛杉矶，一首在伦敦, 我也在美国生活了4年，从0岁到12岁。我在旧金山湾区的帕洛阿尔托和洛杉矶之间住了一段时间。

你经常被吹捧为重新定义法国电子音乐的新兴人才之一，你究竟与众不同？
用术语来谈论的音乐总是很难的，尤其是因为音乐是如此主观。但我认为我带回了电子音乐中一些更感性的一面。尽管FKJ, Darius, Kartell和Cherokee，我们都走了不同的路，但我们都参与了让那种情感回归的过程。

Question1
您的音乐通常被描述为时尚和创新的“French Touch,你如何定义你的音乐，以及Roche Musique精神的延伸？
很难去定义音乐，因为每个艺术家都有自己的特点, 但有一些共同的特点可以让我们重新聚集一起，比如我们的音乐基础，然后是一种精神状态。旅行，分享和尊重我们的音乐是我们想要传达的价值观。

His heavy and powerful bass, pitch vocals and samples at the borders of Funk, House and Hip-Hop are captivating and picture the image of the label. Cézaire surrounds himself with renowned artists (Kaytranada, Stwo, Onra, etc.) with whom he plays and travels the planet.
Raised with the powerful and groovy rhythms of the 80s and 90s, Cézaire imposes a musical renewal with a warm and festive note.

WJRose，广播电视工程师、音乐文化交流组织者、音乐节执行统筹、DJ、派对搞手、fashion show音乐顾问——音乐融汇在他的生活中。自1998年开始，WJROSE开始接触并喜爱上电子音乐，几乎参与见证了中国第一个电音文化发展黄金时期（1998年-2004年）几乎所有大型和有影响力的活动。2002年创立滤音企划，开始组织各种锐舞派对、音乐节、电音活动，在南中国不遗余力推广真正跳舞音乐文化。2004年开始至今，于Martial Artists Management旗下从事专业国内外艺人经纪工作，将全世界各个优秀知名的音乐家艺术家带来中国演出。WJROSE体验美好音乐的脚步从未停歇，足迹遍及全球包括Roskilde、Glastonbury等知名音乐节。
Rose is a broadcasting& TV engineer.He began to like electronic dance music in 1998,before which he was a rebel who listened only to rock music.He participated in many big&cool parties and events in the golden age of Chinese rave (1998-2002).
He has worked for Martial Artists Management since 2004, and he invited many famous international bands and artists to China. These include: Morcheeba, Ladytron, PVD, Richie Hawtin, Technasia, Dubfire, Hot Since 82, Nick Warren, KenIshii, Secret Cinema, MR.C, Darren Emerson, James Zabielz as well as many others.
Rose has been to many cool music festivals such as Roskilde in Denmark,Glastonbury in UK,Sonar in Spain,Global gathering in Malaysia,Zoukout in Singapore….He is a music enthusiast,who blends music with his life.
Mugi (VJ)
Mugi虽是理科男但喜爱设计，机械工程系毕业，正职是从事服装行业。在大学期间一度投身剧场舞台表演，曾任香港进念、非常林奕华剧团演员。初中就开始喝英伦摇滚电子音乐奶水长大的他，在2006年于广州接触到电音派对文化；2015年，他萌发了对研究电子节拍与视觉艺术关系的兴趣。闲暇之余，开始用笔记型电脑创作并与电脑影像、VJ、视觉艺术家做跨领域的结合。Mugi总能随着节奏，用层层交迭的素材幻化成梦境般的奇幻视觉。
A science guy but loves design, graduated from department of mechanical engineering and is engaged in the clothing industry. He used to perform on theater stages while in university and is a former actor at Hong Kong Zuni and Edward Lam Theatre Company. Mugi has been listening to British rock and electric music since junior high. His first contact with electronic music party culture was in Guangzhou in 2006.
In 2015, he aroused interest in studying the relations between visual art and electronic beats. In his leisure time, he started to write with laptops and collaborate with computer image, VJ and visual artists. With the rhythm, Mugi can always converts layers of overlapping materials to fantasy visions, just like like unreal dreams, leading party animals to a wonderful space.
